My expertise is limited to Social Security benefits, so all that I can tell you is that you can be paid Social Security benefits regardless of whether or not you're drawing unemployment. Unemployment benefits do not count toward the Social Security earnings test limits (https://www.ssa.gov/planners/retire/whileworking.html).
However, I can't tell you whether or not drawing Social Security benefits might affect your ability to draw unemployment benefits. You'll probably need to check with the agency responsible for paying unemployment benefits for that information.
