Well, you certainly want to make sure that any mistakes are corrected, so take whatever action is needed to fix the problem. It certainly wouldn't hurt to send in a letter, and depending on the problem, you might want to file a formal appeal. You only have 60 days from the date of your award notice in which to file an appeal, so be sure to act timely.
