I Retired at age 63 1/2 on 2017 I’ll be 68 in nov. This year I came out of Retirement and started working on contributing to Social Security in Feb 2022 does this increase my monthly check in any way or just does not applied

Social Security retirement benefits are based on an average of a person's highest 35 years of Social Security covered wage-indexed earnings, so your current and future earnings will only increase your benefit rate if you earn more in a year than you did in one of the 35 years currently being used to calculate your benefit rate..
