I am receiving my husbands social security disability check am I entitled to widows benefits too? He passed away in 2013.

You would not be entitled to continue receiving your husband's payments after his death, so I assume that what you are receiving is your husband's benefit rate in the form of a survivor benefit. In other words, it sounds as though you are already receiving widow's benefits. If you are unsure of this, you may want to check with Social Security for clarification.
