i am working and paying for me and my wife health coverage...i am72yrs old and i been paying for medicare since i was 66 and i cannot use it, because my health ins at work is my primary...is there a way to stop paying for my medicare deduction.since i am paying for my insurance through work? double dipping

Yes. Part B of Medicare is optional so you're free to drop that coverage at any time. Part A coverage is mandatory if you're receiving Social Security benefits, but as long as you are eligible for benefits then your Part A coverage is premium free.
In order to terminate your Part B coverage, you'll need to complete and submit a form CMS-1763 (https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/CMS-Forms/CMS-Forms/Downloads/CMS1763.pdf) to Social Security. You can call Social Security and they will assist you with the paperwork.
As long as you're actively working and your employer health insurance is primary, you can reenroll in Part B of Medicare without a delay in coverage or any premium penalty.
